Confidence. Focus. Growth.

“Coaching helped me see what I’m capable of and gave me a better idea of what I want for my future.”
—Momentum Coaching student

Ready to stay on track, manage stress, and feel more in control? Momentum Coaching offers one-on-one support that helps students build real-life skills to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Momentum Coaching is an ADHD-informed executive functioning coaching program that helps students build practical skills like organization, time management, planning, task-initiation, and follow-through in a developmentally appropriate way. Our approachable, supportive young professional coaches partner with students to strengthen accountability and self-advocacy, while providing consistent virtual check-ins that foster meaningful connection and sustained academic progress. As part of The Brookline Center, our program is grounded in an understanding of students’ emotional experiences, supporting both their academic growth and overall well-being so they can move forward with confidence.
