Women at the Center is back Wednesday evening, December 9!
Each year, the Women at the Center community comes together for a lively evening of conversation, connection, and shared purpose—and we can’t wait to gather again.
This year’s featured speaker is Nicole Graev Lipson, author of the bestselling memoir-in-essays Mothers and Other Fictional Characters. Through deeply personal and incisive essays, Nicole explores what it means to be a woman, a partner, a daughter, and a mother, and the expectations and identities that shape women’s lives. We’re also excited to welcome our 2026 WAC emcee Cloe Axelson, Senior Editor of WBUR’s Cognoscenti. The evening will feature a fireside chat with Nicole exploring women’s lives, identities, and mental health.
