Our team provides case management and connects individuals and families to resources and services available in the community. This includes assistance with navigating housing, accessing basic needs, and connecting to other support systems. These services are available to individuals and families who live, work, or go to school in Brookline.
While we are no longer able to provide direct financial assistance through the Emergency Financial Assistance program, we remain committed to helping clients access the resources and support they need.
