Our team provides case management and connects individuals and families to resources and services available in the community. This includes assistance with navigating housing, accessing basic needs, and connecting to other support systems. These services are available to individuals and families who live, work, or go to school in Brookline. 

We’re happy to share that our financial assistance program is now taking requests again, though please note there may be a slight delay in processing as we get things up and running.

Eligibility

Clients must live, work, or attend school in Brookline to qualify.

Types of Assistance Available

  • Rental arrears & assistance
  • Utility bills
  • Medical bills and medical equipment not covered by insurance
The maximum amount available is $800 per household per year, if funding remains available.

 

Gift Card Program

We’re also continuing our electronic gift card program for Target and Stop & Shop.

  • Clients can request one gift card every three months.
  • Gift cards are sent electronically and directly to the client’s email.
