The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health provides support to eligible individuals seeking affordable homeownership through the Town of Brookline’s lottery program. 

A dedicated housing case manager will offer guidance and support to clients throughout the application process—from assistance in completing paperwork to helping gather the necessary supporting documents. Upon receiving a request for services, the dedicated case manager will respond within 24-48 hours to obtain further information and schedule a follow-up appointment. 

Appointments will be held in person at The Brookline Center or remotely via Zoom, based on the client’s needs.
