Transition to Independent Living Program

The Brookline Center’s Transition to Independent Living Program (TILP) provides residential services for four homeless young men between the ages of 16-22. The primary goal of the Program is help residents develop skills and behaviors to achieve greater self-sufficiency. Residents live in a staffed apartment in Brookline. All residents attend school or have jobs in the community. Residents stay in the TILP for about 18 months after which they make a transition to living on their own.
