Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Grounded in bryt’s program development rubric, bryt District/School Support Specialists organize and facilitate at-least-annual reflection and self-assessment sessions with school teams that function to: 

  • Compare the current functioning of their bryt intervention to an established set of program standards 
  • Identify and celebrate areas of growth and success in the quality and impact of the school’s bryt intervention 
  • Identify priorities for continuous improvement and develop related action plans
