A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN

FOCUSING ON FINDING MEANING AND BALANCE IN EVERYDAY LIFE

This group will help members learn ways to deepen our lives and sustain us in the face of ever present busyness and distractions. It will introduce means of accessing a constant source of compassion, creativity and wisdom within ourselves in order to slow down and discover what is truly important for us.

Based on Abby Seixas' book Finding the Deep River Within: A Woman's Guide to Recovering Balance and Meaning in Everyday Life, this group will make use of discussion and activities to learn six core practices that can create less stress and more balance in our daily lives.
