"How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."

A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN
FOCUSING ON FINDING MEANING AND BALANCE IN EVERYDAY LIFE
This group series involves seven sessions of two hour meetings geared toward helping members learn ways that involve deepening our lives and sustaining us in the face of ever present stress, busyness and distractions. The meetings, led by Andrea Johnson, LICSW, will introduce members to ways of accessing a constant source of compassion, creativity and wisdom within ourselves in order to slow down, discover what is truly important for us and make choices with awareness.
Based on Abby Seixas' book Finding the Deep River Within: A Woman's Guide to Recovering Balance and Meaning in Everyday Life, this group will make use of discussion and activities to learn six core practices that can create less stress and more balance in our daily lives.
