  • 38,000 service visits & 1,500 mediations provided annually by the Center (152/day)
  • 10,000 of those visits and all mediations are not insurance reimbursable
  • Demand projected to grow by 20% over the next five years

  • 75% of the Center's clients are low- to moderate-income
  • 48% of clients have a history of abuse or neglect
  • 40% are children, including 15% of teens in crisis
