Homelessness Prevention and Rapid-Re-Housing Program

Homelessness Prevention and Rapid-Re-Housing Program (HPRP) helps individuals and families living, working or attending school in Brookline who are currently homeless or facing eviction due to financial strain or other circumstances.  Each individual or family must meet income eligibility requirements and will be asked to provide documentation. Following an initial face-to-face assessment, those who are eligible may receive financial assistance and/or case management services with the HPRP Coordinator.
